Workplace wellbeing, Sweden

Calmer workdays for the people who keep companies moving.

We design quiet, practical workplace-calm programs that fit inside real working weeks — not on top of them. Built in Stockholm, delivered across Sweden and online.

What we do

Small, repeatable practices that lower workplace tension.

Our offerings sit somewhere between learning, coaching and quiet rituals. They are designed for busy teams who want noticeable change without the buzzwords.

Breathing micro-sessions

Ten-minute guided pauses your team can join from a meeting room, a kitchen or a home desk. No mats, no incense.

Quiet conversation circles

Facilitated small-group talks about pressure, workload and focus — moderated by trained Swedish wellbeing coaches.

Calm calendar audits

We sit with your managers and rebuild meeting cadences so that recovery time is built into the week, not borrowed from it.

Our approach

Not another wellness app. A human practice your team will actually keep.

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with HR leads and team managers for 4 to 12 weeks, embedding small rituals that survive a busy quarter.

  • Programs designed with Swedish occupational psychologists
  • On-site in Stockholm, hybrid across the Nordics
  • Plain-language reports for leadership teams
  • No personal coaching files shared with employers
How a partnership unfolds

A clear path from first conversation to a calmer quarter.

Listening call

A 30-minute chat to understand the pressure points your team is feeling right now.

Tailored plan

We propose a small set of practices matched to your size, schedule and budget.

Gentle rollout

Sessions begin with willing teams first, so the rest of the company joins by curiosity.

Quiet review

After 8 weeks we share a short, honest report and recommend what to keep.

Common questions

Things HR leads ask us before we start.

Do you replace our existing wellbeing benefits?

No. Our programs sit alongside what you already offer and intentionally avoid duplication. We often pair well with employee assistance providers.

How small a team can join?

We have worked with groups of 6 and groups of 240. Smaller teams usually see results faster because rituals form more naturally.

Is participation private?

Always. Individual notes from coaching circles are never shared with employers. Leadership receives anonymised, group-level reflections only.

Do you offer sessions in English?

Yes. Our Stockholm facilitators run sessions in Swedish and English, and we adjust depending on the team you bring in.
