Fitgrowback is a wellbeing studio operating from Riddargatan 12, 114 35 Stockholm, Sweden. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean this studio. References to “you” and “your” mean the individual or organisation accessing this website or engaging our services.

5. Workplace programs
Where you or your organisation engages us to deliver a workplace program, the specific terms of that engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement will describe the scope of work, fees, payment terms, scheduling, cancellation rules and other practical details. In the event of any conflict between that agreement and these Terms of Use, the separate agreement will take precedence for matters relating to the program.
6. Fees and payment
Fees for our programs are set out either on our Programs page or in a written proposal. All fees are quoted in Swedish kronor and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue, unless a different period is agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by Swedish law.
7. Cancellations and refunds
The conditions for cancelling a booking and requesting a refund are set out in our refund policy. Please review that page before signing a contract with us.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

10. Governing law and disputes
